Mr. Fountain is the CEO and former Project Director and Operator of the MBDA Business Center Las Vegas (2011-2015) , and the Nevada Minority Business Enterprise Center (2007-2008). After leaving NEDCO in 1989 Mr. Fountain has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of NVCDC. He began his banking career in June 1976 becoming and SBA lender in 1978 and has been lending since then. Mr. Fountain has over 44 years of hands-on experience in banking, finance, marketing, accounting and procurement. He is the former President ad founder of Enterprise Community Federal Credit Union and owner of the first black Texaco convenience store in Las Vegas. He has and currently sits on many boards dealing with economics, finance and procurement. Mr. Fountain has a Masters, Bachelors and Associates in business, banking and finance.

Mr. Washington is the former Fire Chief for the City of Las Vegas responsible for  a budget of over $100 million and a staff of over 670 persons. He has over 22 years of administrative and management experience. He has been with the Board of Directors for over 24 years.  
Jerrie Merritt

Ms. Merritt has over 33 years of banking experience, spending over 18 years with Wells Fargo Bank working in every facet of banking. She is currently the Community Reinvestment Officer for Bank of Nevada managing a budget of $10 million with a staff of over 20 persons.  She is also Vice President of the Urban Chamber of Commerce, member of the Las Vegas Greater Chamber of Commerce, and the Regional Vice President of the Urban Financial Services Coalition. She has been with the Board of Directors for 13 years. 
Jeff Walker

Mr. Walker is a U.S. Army veteran who has experience in banking, business, and teaching. He has a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas and has taken classes in Computer Office Management from Education Dynamics Institute.  He has been with the Board of Directors for 23 years. 
Grenell Martin

Mr. Martin has more than 36 years in banking, with experience in all areas of branch operation, credit analysis, loan underwriting and business development. Currently, employed with Bank of the West as a Business Development Officer. He is a former commercial lending officer for Community Bank of Nevada and Black Mountain Bank of Nevada for over 20 years. He has been with the Board of Directors for 13 years.   

Mr. Gutcher is the Financial Analyst and has been with the firm for 10 years, he has 4 years experience in the residential mortgage field. He has been a commercial loan officer analyzing and packaging loan requests for both 504 and 7(a) loans. He is directly involved in business plan development, market research, preparation of projections, franchise development and has been the conference workshop coordinator for the last 5 years. Mr. Gutcher has attended training with Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA).
