

In 1983, New Ventures Capital Development Company was established for the purpose of assisting Clark County businesses with the acquisition of expansion capital by combining public and private sector resources. NVCDC is a firm certified by the Small Business Administration to make loans to businesses located in the State of Nevada for the acquisition of capital assets. This includes the purchase of land and the construction of a building, the purchase of an existing building and the purchase of capital equipment with a life of more than 10 years. New Ventures CDC also provides loan development and packaging for SBA 504, SBA 7A and conventional financing.
New Ventures Capital Development Company also operates the Nevada Minority Business Center (NMBC) funded by the Minority Business Development Agency which is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
