New Ventures Capital Development Company (NVCDC) created its Mortgage Division in the latter part of 2005 becoming a lender and broker for Countrywide Home Loans. Due to the high demand for mortgage and equity loans, the high level of predatory loans being made to the minority communities, NVCDC created this division to offset the inequities that minorities face in this arena.
